As I reflect on the past week, I can’t help but feel grateful and full of joy. So much has happened which is making me feel very optimistic about the future. You guys came out to my very first classes as Chocolate & Sanity and provided some great positive feedback. I seriously can’t wait to see where this journey will go, the women I will meet, the community that can be made and the lives that can be changed.

Howdy Folks!
It’s been forever since I’ve written a blog post. No worries, I’m still here, things just got way too crazy around here and something had to give. As you can see a lot has changed since my last post. I got a fancy new logo and website design. I feel like it suits me much better. Thanks for sticking around and reading all my posts. You guys are the best!
Life update
Hey guys! I just want to take a minute to talk about all the things I’ve been working on over here in the last little while. It has been a busy few weeks and I said I’d fill you in when the time was right. Well, that time is now!
Morning of sand, sun and sweat
I have some epic plans for my weekend that will either kill me or make me stronger. If I don’t return send some hot medics to grand beach to find my sore ass. I will be joining Lululemon, November project and hardcore paddle for what is guaranteed to be fantastic morning. Also know as the Grand Beach: Mind + Body + Surf experience (here). I will be going with one of my besties and fellow mother runner who is always up for the best experiences and a ton of fun to be around. We will be starting our day off with a 8 mile run at 8 am on a trail in Grand Beach. At 10 we will join the November project Winnipeg for one of their bad ass workouts on the beach. Just when I think I might die, I will try SUP* yoga at 11:15. I’ve never tried it before but I have always wanted to.
Workout 500 and post workout snack
The weather here has been amazing so of course it’s the best time to get outside and enjoy it. I have been organizing a track workout with a local women’s running group for the past couple of weeks and I thought I’d share this week’s workout.
