New Adventures!

As I reflect on the past week, I can’t help but feel grateful and full of joy. So much has happened which is making me feel very optimistic about the future. You guys came out to my very first classes as  Chocolate & Sanity and provided some great positive feedback.  I seriously can’t wait to see where this journey will go, the women I will meet, the community that can be made and the lives that can be changed.

The week started with 2 sick kids which kind of put a wrench in the plan to teach classes. Thankfully my awesome in laws offered to help me out and watched the boys. I’m still waiting for the other shoe to drop where I also get this bad cold but hopefully that doesn’t happen ‘cause no one’s got time for that.

I have truly missed blogging and I’m hoping to get back into posting more regularly again, with more foodie Friday posts and marathon training recaps. I’d also love to hear from you on what topics you’d like to see up on the blog.

End of week 4 Full Marathon training

I’m not sure why I thought it would be a good idea to start a new business and train for my first marathon but here I am and I’m loving it. Let’s get started on this very exciting new adventure.

Cheers!
